We had a wonderful initial consultation with Dr. Kernes, today! CityVet is a very nice, clean facility & the staff (especially our Tech) was amazing, with Peace!!!!!! Dr. Kernes was so patient & understanding, with us both. She explained our options & I never felt pressured to make an uninformed decision or opt for more expensive/extensive treatments. We are excited to visit again & fully recommend CityVet!!
Can't say enough good things about City Vet! I'm in there monthly for nail trims and flea meds and they are always very professional and sweet to my dog. I recommended my dad to the Plano location and he's also very pleased. They probably are on a first name basis with him by now bc he pops in so often with questions about his new puppy. All around a great place to take your beloved pet.
Omg! We absolutely love CityVet - White Rock! We used another vet, but needed a last minute appointment due to a sick puppy. This place made it happen within 1 hour and the service was simply amazing. Every person we spoke to was so accommodating and friendly! The place was extremely clean, offered us a soft drink, sold a good variety of products, many of which we use, and have a very economical pet wellness package. Wonderful, caring, kind, compassionate - can not say enough great things about CityVet at White Rock! Dr. Kernes is fantastic - explained everything prior to our dog surgery and made me feel at ease. The surgery went well, and our girl is on a road to recovery. Thank you so much!
Dr. Jennart is such an amazing vet! We will always drive as far as it takes to see her for our checkups. She is such a kind person that has a genuine love for taking the best care of animals she possibly can!
Words cannot express how much I love CityVet - White Rock. My 13-year-old doxie had to have emergency back surgery earlier this week, and Dr. Farr, Liz, and Nicole have gone above and beyond with EVERYTHING involving this situation. I can honestly say from my experience with them over the past few years, this is the norm for them, not an aberration. This is not simply a job for them, it is a calling. Their knowledge, compassion, and love of animals is unparalleled. I couldn't be more grateful.
