Dr. Tucker and the rest of the staff are excellent. When my GSD "Ace" gets excited to go to the vet...you know that's a great sign. I can't speak highly enough of everyone there...professional, compassionate, caring and they keep your dog's best interest in mind WITHOUT pushing for unnecessary services. I made my mind up to move Ace to Dr. Tucker after his first visit. The prior citivet (Frisco) were nice folks but Dr. Tucker and his staff raised the bar on the level of service. The entire team is an absolute delight and I trust them completely with our animals. We had a scary incident with our kitten, and Dr. Tucker and his team kept us informed every step of the way. The team is exceptional and wonderfully caring of the animals, my kids, and of the whole experience.
Dr. Tucker is hands down a terrific Vet. I have followed him from place to place and completely trust in him and his team. A++
You have got to go here. Their calm loving attitude helped my neurotic dog's visit so much. Our other dog who reacts to the neurotic dog was just stretched out on the floor chillin. They both were not near as stressed as they have been in the past. Such a relief for us knowing they are okay seeing Dr. Doug!!! This is their new Vet!!!
My dog wasn't feeling well so I took her to Dr. Tucker after some friends mentioned him to me. I was so impressed with the care he and his wonderful staff provided for my fur baby. Dr. Tucker explained the options and cost so I could made decisions that I was comfortable with. I was very appreciative that I wasn't pressured into expensive treatments that weren't necessary. I took my recently adopted pooch in for a bath and "the works". Brooke & Joe are wonderful. Even Dr. Tucker had the opportunity to meet her and personally spoke with me before I left. So happy I found a vet close to work that Cash can visit for all of her grooming and vet needs. Thank you City Vet!!!
