I am SO impressed by the level of care and friendliness CityVet has shown! It was my first visit and I felt comfortable immediately after my pet’s exam and know they will take good care of him along the way! very nice staff. Doctors care about the dog and care about customers who are on certain pay scale. For our first visit I liked it.
Friendly, caring knowledgeable staff. Dr. Neely is the most compassionate, wonderful vet ever, recently in one of my visits I saw him (he did not know I was watching him!) singing a country song to a big dog to calm him while the tech could cut the nails!!!!!!!! Dr, Neely is family to us, he has been out Veterinary for years and has seen us thought a lot with our babies, he has always been so caring and compassionate!!!!!!
RecommendedDr. Neeley made a very bad situation with our precious family dog as good as he possibly could. He was kind, sympathetic, and didn't try to upsell us on unnecessary tests.
Excellent vets and care we felt like family.
The staff and Dr. Neely are so friendly. I have a "full figured" dog and I didn't feel judgement like I have at other places. Thay take the time to talk with you and go over any question or concerns. I am happy to recommend this CityVet.
