I called CityVet on Saturday to try and get my sick puppy in. Unfortunately, I was too late and they were about to close. However, the receptionist was so incredibly caring and helpful and instead of just saying sorry we’re closed or trying to get my money and have me make an appointment Monday, she took the time to tell me about a couple clinics that would be open and recommended one that ended up potentially saving my puppies life. Great staff, great facilities. I take my border collie in 2-3 times a week for day play. He has a great time and the staff take good care of him. Highly recommend them.
My Boston Terriers were diagnosed with cancer within a few weeks of each other. Yesterday we made the difficult decision to let them run together across that Rainbow Bridge together. Dr JOHNSON and the entire staff were amazing through it all. Kind, compassionate, and professional. When we are ready for a new pet, I’ll never use anyone else. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
I recommend this facility without question. All the Doctors, Vet Techs, Grooming and staff are highly professional, supremely competent, friendly and CARING of the animals brought in. The boarding facility, Doggy day care and grooming facilities are perfect. This is a terrific team. Only expect the best here. All my fosters and personal pups agree with me. Two Paws Up! 🐶
I have been taking my cat grooming here for years, unfortunately she is cranky and needs to be sedated for grooming. Sometimes shes too fat and cant reach her ends, causing knots. She usually gets a Lion cut. This last visit, I absolutely loved the care they gave her. The hair cut was perfect and Mia loves it as well! Thank You!
