If I could give zero stars I would. Do yourself a favor and do not rent at Willow Creek (or any Bigos property for that matter). My sister and I lived at Willow Creek for four years, so I have a laundry list of issues to share. 1. The security here is the biggest issue. A woman was sexually assaulted. RecommendedI have lived here for 9 months and couldn't be more impressed with the kindness and professionalism of the staff as well as how well the property is maintained! The pool is beautiful and clean, the gym has up-to-date equipment and is also very clean, the maintenance workers keep all the sidewalks free of ice in the winter, even salting the icy spots right in front of your garage! RecommendedI use to live here with my parents when I was going to Highschool.. Silver Ridge Apartments were brand new when we moved in.. My parents and I Loved these apartments and the pool area and the clubhouse and they had a weight room too If u want a very nice quiet apartment this is the place
Recommended5 Stars Silver Ridge is in a secluded, peaceful, country-woodsy setting, alone, not with a bunch of houses stacked around it. It’s safe, no car break ins or thefts like I’ve had elsewhere. Management is professional, prompt, caring and always around. The buildings are very clean throughout. Heat is included in the rent!! I searched high and low and did a lot of property comparing. There are trails right outside my back door which is perfect for someone who has a dog. I have very few to no complaints thus far. Recommendedquite and peaceful to live at rent is a lot but saff is aways willing to work with us and are nices about it
This place is unlivable 2 months out of the year because of the air conditioning policy.
