I called them when my stove went out. They replaced it immediately and they are plugged the stove in and showed me that it works and everything their maintenance department is amazing
Charges you to view properties In response to your response - other property groups use rently free of charge as well as their competitors (turnkey etc.). Stop passing fees off..
I would put 0 stars but I can't. Have mold in the house I was renting and they did nothing about it. Infested is mice and roaches since day 1. When I would call the extermination company they said was coming, they company said they never got a call from city place. Dead mice and mice nest in the stove had to fight them for almost a month to get a different stove. Then mice poop was non stop on stove top and they never did anything about it.
