Went over this afternoon to purchase a MacBook Pro 15 inch. Young woman came right over and showed us the difference between one with and without a USB port. I was working on the computer to see if I liked it and she walked away without a word. Sat behind the desk, answered a phone then began waiting on a woman who walked up to the desk. We walked out with our checkbook still in our pocket. Want to know why people buy things on line instead of a store - this is it.
