Apple help line recommended CityMac in Asheville when my Mac laptop just died. We drove over a hundred miles to have them check my 7 year old MacBook. JJ met us and started by asking questions, trying to get it to boot up, he got it up and running! Found some malware and deleted that and it’s running great now! We were able to get my iCloud updated and synced to my iphone. They offer free diagnostics so it didn’t cost me anything.
