Took an employee to this place who was here from out of town - she was very sick - they gave her iv fluids and said they were keeping her for another hour so I went back to work and they said they would call me and let me know if she was well enough to go home or if she needed to go to hospital but all they did was call and tell me she had to take ambulance but they never called me. Now I can't find her at any hospital and she is here no family. This place sucks!!!!!!!!
5-STAR URGENT CARE!!!!! I highly recommend CityDoc, Preston Royal. Although the waiting room was full, the staff worked as quickly as possible to get patients in and out of the facility while still providing excellent and thorough medical attention. The staff could not have been nicer.......so polite, professional, and concerned about each patient. The facility had a very pleasant atmosphere and was very neat and clean.
