They don’t do there job at all!!
I wasted over a year dealing with this place stuck at the 801 mens homeless shelter. I got out of DC I moved back to Columbus Ohio and now they want to blow my phone up and try to help me get off the streets. I got myself off the streets and now all of the sudden they wanna actually help me. Yeah what joke 🤣
Incompetent to the point that I think they are intentionally trying to be bad at their job. I was assigned to Nancy. Nancy scheduled to meet with me three times, and each time she never showed up. Not trying to be racist, but I’m pretty sure anyone who visits this place will quickly understand why they have such poor service.
If I could rate this place negative 5 starts I would. First, there are so many people loitering in front of this place. It feels so unsafe and uncomfortable trying to walk past a bunch of people who are clearly high, intoxicated amongst other things. Second, when you walk inside you have to walk down into what most would say looks like a seller. The people who work there are extremely unprofessional, rude, and understaffed.
