Had a great experience with City Wide. My apartments were in the market for 6 months with 2 other broker agencies who couldn't rent them out. I moved to city wide and it only took them 1 week to rent them out. Big thank you to Avi and Jeremiah.
I have never in my life done business with a group of people who are so completely heartless and openly money hungry. I rented a unit that they managed and they left an entire apartment building without heat, hot water or lights during winter for weeks on end. They broke multiple laws and my experience with them is not a rarity. Before buying or renting from this company I urge you to read other reviews - you will highly regret it.
