We had City Wide Plumbing come out to our house to give us an estimate to run a new sewer line. We got estimates from a few companies and City Wide was one of the companies to give us the best price. They also have us a great price on replacing our main water line. We felt that they presented themselves the best so we hired them for the job. They were an hour late. Gave me one price, but wrote up contract for a higher price. My bad, I signed it, since I was working with 2 contractors on different projects at same time. So carefully read the invoice! They also charged $25 gas fee ... not included in thr quote. System started leaking shortly after they left. They came back - again an hour late - and wanted another $275 to fix. I argued with manager, since they advertise guaranteed customer satisfaction. He said they would replace the leaking part for cost. Ok coo... read more

Thanks for your feedback. Due that the unit itself was pretty old, sometimes it takes weeks to get the parts needed for the job and even if we use a new part to the old unit it creates a problem. We hope we can have another opportunity to make you happy. Thanks again !
