After we showed them what needed to be done and the gave us a quote that was twice as high then was mentioned earlier. They left stating they would be back in an hour they had to get some parts....it took them over two hours and two phone calls. They tore the wall apart and moved the pipe but they also moved the electrical outlet and it still needs to be moved again because it also causing a problem with the stoves position. It's still leaking
The plumber showed up two hours late. No call and no apology. When he did arrive he did not speak English very well. He spent more time trying to sell me on additional services than he did on the actual project. He removed the loose tiles and looked and felt all around, but could not find a leak. Then he suggested that it may have been the hardware on my tub and shower and recommended that it all be replaced.
