Extremely disappointed. I had previous cleanings with Larry who was great. However, I got a different person this time who didn't DUST anything, which was one of my main requests. I thought I had found a good cleaning service, but was very wrong.
Great cleaning crew, always does a good job, fair price
They "guaranteed" the work until I had an issue. They gave a 4 year warranty and when the stucco started cracking 18 months after we had the building painted, they found a way to not take responsibility for the damage. After an $8000 job, they wouldn't stand behind their work. The rep promised to get back to me, but didn't even have the decency to call me and let me know that they will not be repairing this per our contract, I had to chase him down.
