Shout out to Service Manager Shane! Put in an HVAC work order and he showed up right away and had it fixed super quick. Always reliable and on top of things!
Shane is the best here at City Vista! Anytime something comes up he’s super quick to respond and always dependable. He really knows his stuff, which makes repairs easy and stress-free. Nothing ever feels like a hassle when Shane handles it. Couldn’t ask for better help!
My roommate and I had an HVAC emergency around 4pm on Wednesday and Shane was at our door in less than 5 minutes. He had it torn apart, swapped out a fan, and put everything back together in about 30 minutes. Place is cooling again and life’s a breeze here with Shane on the scene!
Shane the service manager is truly the best! He’s always quick to respond, never lets us tenants down, and constantly stays on top of everything. It’s rare to find someone so dependable and committed to keeping things running smoothly. His professionalism and dedication make living here a great experience.
