Sunny was very helpful and very patient with all our questions.
First time renting and the people at city vista made it a great experience. Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly, and reliable in particular Sunny (manager) and Shane (maintenance). Common areas were kept clean as well as the amenities and landscaping. Other residents were always pleasant and respectful, very nice community!
Edit: Changing from 1 star to 4 ONLY because Shane seemed to really care and try so hard to get them to be quiet. He's great and I think he did all he could do - five stars for him! However, the quiet only lasted two days MAX. One tenant up there really seems to be trying and I really appreciate them. The other one, however: last night, I could literally hear her declare "I don't care" and proceed to stomp and bang around even louder than before, then continue to bang and stomp this morning and into the afternoon as I type t... read more
I hate it here!!! I am literally sitting in on my remote contracts class now while the upstairs neighbors bang and stomp over my head. I've complained so many times - twice in the last week - but there has been absolutely no change! I work 40+ hours a week and I'm in law school 40+ hours a week, and I have never been more miserable. I can't study, attend lectures, or work from home without them stomping or banging around up there.
