CityView Storage is NOT SAFE to store your belongings. My RV was stolen in less than one week of storing it there. The cameras on site showed the security guard letting everyone in after hours without checking for ID and access key. The management ignored my emails and didn't even reimburse me for the month! They claim it's not their fault and they aren't liable. My recommendation is to find a different secure storage facility.
I left my car here for 5 weeks during a trip outside San Francisco, it was way cheaper than the airport parking. Security 24h/24, the communication is great. I recommend this company

Used them for 3 years and loved the parking lot! Also you just email them to cancel and thats it! I love it. Too many places make it a pain.
I liven Castro Valley but once in a while travel to My Treasure Island storage & Pickup truck parking stall for an occasional item. I have been with City View since June 2019. Unlike Corporate storage facilities, City View doesn't raise there prices every 3 months forcing their customers during these times of severe inflation to leave. There is 24hr security and a code to get in the Gate. on Auto pay deduction, if Your pay check is late they can work with you in most cases… Friendly Staff
