Lived here for two years, first apartment on my own, was good for a starter apartment when the rent was $870/mth. Since new owners took over they raised it significantly to over $1200/mth. The units themselves are good for a single, possibly a couple, any more and no chance. Apartments are tiny yet convienient and practical. Zero to none storage space.
