We applied to this apartment with high hopes and complied with every requirement they asked for right away, including providing a deposit. Throughout the process, we were constantly communicating with Jasmine, the manager, regarding income verification and submitted every document requested. However, it felt very unprofessional because she never even attempted to properly verify the information we provided. I wouldn’t wish for my worst enemy to be in this place.
The new management team is a life saver! My parents have been housed here for about 6 yrs. Within that time, work needed in their unit accumulated and grew worse unfortunately. Italy and Miles’ stepped in and tended to every single thing so quickly, we’re in shock. Their professionalism and response is top tier and is greatly appreciated. If management everywhere could be like this, home would ever be so sweet. P.s last management team were also very nice but we really can only say, the bare minimum was done, so this is a ma... read more
