I love CityVet on Preston Forest. Dr Tubby is always so friendly and easy to talk to. He goes out of his way to make sure you feel comfortable and all your questions get answered. He really makes you feel like he cares as much about your pets as he does his own! Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a vet!!
I rescued this gentle, loving and amazingly intelligent fur-ball of a Maine Coon from the Plano animal shelter and immediately took him to City Vet for a well-check and the staff was not only kind, but thorough. Achilles, my fur-baby, enjoyed his visit and the staff so much that we now go back regularly to get his paw-pedi! I do not recommend anyone taking their rabbits to this location. My bunny spent seven hours at this location only to be misdiagnosed with an eye infection. Turns out it was not an eye infection, it was a abscess tooth. I'm still shocked that something as common as an abscess, was missed by professionals. The employees at the front desk are under trained. They seemed unsure which one of the two should assist me. Dr. Tate should not be claiming that she has experience with exotic animals.
Dr. Tubby is amazing and my dog Banjo had a great visit. Highly recommend
