We paid around $600 for a three day stay in the king sized suite for our honeymoon and almost everything about this hotel was awful. Our room was right by the elevator which made really loud slamming sounds whenever it reached a floor, the walls did not keep out sound at all, the other guests on our floor were incredibly loud, the vents in our room made clicking and rattling noises all night, the bed was super uncomfortable and made me really sore, the bath ropes were scratchy and heavy, the stairs looked like they were fall... read more
Loved staying here! The room was adorable - GREAT location especially for a Cubs game! Staff was very nice and welcoming! Will definitely be back!
Charming place with friendly staff. The surrounding area has everything to offer.
Central and convenient for the neighborhood. I liked the urban vibe and proximity to Chinese food and Ann Sather’s cinnamon rolls!
The place was clean and decorated nice. Customer service was good and the location was the great. The bed was so comfortable I slept like a Queen� The only thing I didn't like was the water pressure when taking a shower. Needs to be fixed! Other then that it was a great experience and would stay here again!
