RecommendedI found the hotel to be very relaxing. My only complaints are 1. There’s no coffee machine in the rooms & 2. The wall outlets are loose. When I plug into one my Power adapter would fall out. They need to replace them. Other then that it was a great stay.
So close to Wrigley Field. Lots of restaurants and a mintiest story Target very near by. Comedy club down the street. Parking around the corner and reasonably priced by Chicago standards. We would book here again.
Recently renovated. Great location with a lot close by. Our only complaint is despite the AC in our room being set to 68 when we arrived it was super damp feeling and very muggy. Very musty smelling. We even turned it down to 65 and felt zero improvement. The floor also felt damp. It was almost like being inside a room with an indoor pool. Controlling the temperature was a nightmare. RecommendedGreat location when we came for a couple Cubs games! The area is very nice with many restaurants and bars within walking distance.
RecommendedNice boutique hotel, have been staying here on occasion for about 22 years.
All I have to say is it was a complete slap in the face to refund me $15.00 for the "Inconvenience" of my car being broken into in the parking ramp YOU told me to park in.

RecommendedThe rooms are very clean and nice. The staff is professional and friendly. The location is great with all types of food places all around you. If your staying here and planning on going to the Vic Theatre, it is just down the street within walking distance. All and all I highly recommend this hotel.
