When I moved out from A305, I left the place in good shape. I only stayed 6 months and they found absurd reasons to keep all my deposit. My apartment had only 2 bedrooms with carpet and the master bedroom was replaced for $130 and the smaller bedrooom (I never wore shoes in) they charged $80 FOR CLEANING.
