I have been going to City Smiles for over 30 years and I think that says it all. Over the years, they really have raised the bar in every way: beautiful, spotless and comfortable office, excellent patient service, pain-free procedures, warm and friendly office staff, hygienists and dentists. Dr. simon and his team are the best. Pain free cavities and great customer service!
I had my first visit today with City Smiles and I was very pleased. The staff are all super nice and they took the time to explain everything along the way. Dr. Simon was awesome as well. He did a walk through of all my teeth via video camera and he fixed my chipped tooth perfectly. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.
They need to train staff on billing insurance, charged my credit card without permisson. Prices are triple the price than other dentists. I have been going there for years and never knew they were out of network. Needless to say found a new dentist.
I love my new dentist office! The staff is great!!
