I recently sold my house with Avery Boyce of City & Sky and you can't get a better realtor than Avery! I was out of town during the entire sale and felt that both the sale and my house were in safe hands during the process. Avery did a phenomenal job helping us purchase our home as first time home buyers. She came recommended from a friend who worked with her. She helped us negotiate our price and find a closing date that worked for us. Highly recommend working with Avery!
Avery is the only realtor I would ever work with. She’s so knowledgeable and expert at every stage; works truly tirelessly when needed and seems to love the work; can recommend great people for things like inspections and mortgages; and is a pleasure to work and spend time with (which matters, these things take a long time!). I trust her guidance completely and could most so many instances where her expert advice and skills leveled-up both our buying and selling processes, saved us money, etc. Just pick Avery ;)
