They take forever to get you pricing for requested items and are not very friendly.
Long story short....Very poor customer service. No wonder why they do not take Credit Cards for payments...Customers may cancel the payment transaction for they service...I won't recommend them...Not sir...Not yet... P.S. You do NOT raise your voice on your customers, and special if you are The OWNER of the place...
Best place in town to get New/Used machines, thread, parts, supplies and service. They let me walk through the warehouse of used machines and they had all kinds of stuff. They also have a great selection of machines on their showroom floor and will let you test the machines with your material prior to purchasing. I enjoyed my visit with them!
