Terrible experience for not only my wife and I, but also my brother in law. Looked us in the eye and shook our hands while lying. Forced us to pay to repair our suv after saying the warranty we was given doesnt cover transmission, even though it was 100% covered warranty. If anyone cant believe this, will gladly show them the paperwork. DO NOT TRUST THEM

My husband and i just got our third car from them yesterday! They r awesome, they worked so hard to get us a car that we loved. They r honest, sweet and just an all around great team. I will always give this dealership my business as long as they r around. Thank you so much city select for your hard work, kindness and my new Saab! I give them a 10 star rating, 5 doesnt do these guys justice!
I also dont know where these other people are coming from. Everyone Ive dealt with at the Galesburg store has been amazing!! They found me a good car, for a decent price, and have been nothing but helpful and friendly ever since!! My experiences with the all of the staff there have been nothing but positive, and I will definitely be going back to them if and when I decide to get another car!!
i would not recommend this place ever REASONS!! They ripped me off big time. I have boughten a 2003 ford mustang and it was at 92,000 miles and i should have known better but they wanted 12,995 for it i thought i had talked them down to almost 11 but now 2 years of owing it ive almost paid 15,000 on it and still have a little over 5,000 left on it. They go through the bank Cefcu for loans, and this car is WAY over paid for, had it for 2 years and just now hitting the 100,000 mile mark on it with thouands left to pay for it. ... read more

LIARS... one big run around after the other... And forget about the bad credit no problem sign.... Another lie!!! Terrible customer service. I realize that people who have good credit work at it.. but we have had some issues that have landed us in that position. That is why we went there, I feel the salesmen have no clue how the credit process works and were spitting out one lie after another... Place sucks, should have bought something from Finish Line Ford in Peoria. I wont be going back to City Select.
Had questionable credit rating and City found a bank willing to take a chance on us. We got great trade in value fot a SUV with 138,000 mi and drove off in a 2000 Regal GS with payment less than 200.00 a month couldnt ask for a better deal than that.
