My daughter and I both go to City Salon and we really love it. Cassie is our stylist and she is fantastic. She is relaxed and very easy to talk to. She is also a very talented stylist !It is a little pricey but totally worth it !
*****BEWARE*** I Will NEVER recommend this salon. I left with my hair botched & they even said it was messed up, but let me leave that way. It seriously was the rudest person I've ever encountered in my life as well. Do NOT go here. I would upload a picture of the before they got a hold of my head and after, but I don't want my face all over the internet. The only people I trust with my hair! – I've been going to City Salon for about three years. A friend whose hair always looks amazing was seeing their stylist Nathan and I finally decided I had to see if he could work similar miracles for me. Not only was I immediately converted ? Stay far away! – Please save you hair and stay away from this place. I went in for a simple bangs trim and came out with two sections of hair that should have been bangs hanging down way further than the other bangs. So of course I go back to get it fixed and I left in tears with my bangs cut above my eyebrows. The management has zero oversight on the stylists and no one seems to care that they ruined my hair. This salon lacks professionalism and skill.
Blessed by the Best - Joseph! – Absolutely fell in love with Joseph the first time he laid hands on my hair! It has never been the same since!! He highly encouraged the Keratin treatment and it has been life changing! Amazing service and cut each and every time. I couldn't be happier with each and every experience with him. So excited to find him at now at Salon Lux in Athens!
Overall - Great. – I can only speak for myself but every time I've been here it's been great, nothing bad to say at all... I have long hair so it's kinda hard to screw up but the service has always been good. I love that they use bumble and bumble and I like the atmosphere. The girl I had today was Alli, she was super nice and not fake. Great – I followed a lot of the reviews that I read and booked Joseph--he was great! I've been to him a few times now and have always left happy. I gave him a general idea of what I wanted and he gave my his own recommendations, and my hair came out great. I am definitely a fan!
