Since April 2026 I haven't had air conditioning since then maintenance has come out one time to check it then they contacted Harker heating and cooling they came out checked my mini split unit and deemed it needed to be replaced that was middle of May I have emailed the management team multiple times and they keep saying verbatim "we are waiting on a part" ive been waiting on this "part" for months on 2 occasions ive came home to my elderly cat having a semi heat stroke then having to try and cool her off as fast as possible... read more
Great place to live! Ideal location close to downtown. Beautiful community patio and gardens in back including gas grills. Clean buildings. Maintenance is always available to fix anything! And local management is excellent! Clay is super friendly and always helpful!
