Very nice people. Experience could have been better. I think they just give you the run around. I applied for an apartment and was the first application they received. I had my husband call and check in on it about 2 days in and they told him they were waiting on verification. I called later that same day and they told me they rented it already. The application for a rental home that I applied to said first come first serve. I was the first one to apply for the home. I applied for the rental last Friday. The employee who helped me was kind and respectful. Then, I received a phone call on Tuesday notifying me they were still working on my application. She told me I would be notified if I was approved or denied. Now it’s Friday and I never received a phone call back. I have been waiting all week.
