Please explain to us home owners . Do we own the parking in front of our house? Is it our responsibility? Confused because we have to shovel the snow, and the street does not get plowed in the parking area. The city puts down gravel for traction, then doesn’t clean it up after the roads are dry. They chop and trim trees, but no clean up afterwards. If we are responsible, fine, but then why can’t we park what we want in front of our house without a license plate?
