The building has some modern look. Located at Lafayette Street where people take their dogs out and enjoy walks. But the building cleanness has gone down. Pets pee spots and sitting drainage water.
I Had an appointment today at 9am and the call box does not have anyone registered to it to call leasing. Or a number for management. I didn't even receive a text or email. With AI this is not too much to ask. You can just use a CRM system to organize tours better. I don't understand don't waste peoples time when you have several units available.
UNSAFE PLACE Absolutely disgusting a man lying in a hallway after "smoking wildly " according to his own words, how revolting (video). Don't get in the elevator unless you don't mind arriving at work smelling awful, feeling suffocated and with a racing heart; this building in recent months it has become a stinking and dangerous place.. 🤮🤮🤮 even the water in the pipes smells like strange cigarettes.....Tragic situations have occurred....(pics and video) If you are non-smoker you will be threatened for your smoking neighbor... read more
