Good customer service and nice doctors
I recently visited City Optohomology, and I must say it was an exceptional experience! The office was not only clean but also had a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive to my needs from the moment I walked in. What impressed me the most was the perfect wait time – I didn't have to wait for too long, and everything seemed to run on point. Be forewarned. I used to get routine eye exams here but now this is considered a specialist only practice. As such it is not considered a routine eye exam for insurance, and they wanted me to pay $300 out of pocket to be seen. I took the afternoon off of work to be seen which was a complete waste of time. it could easily have been remedied if anyone had checked my insurance in advance or by discussing with me when they called me the day before my appt and asked me to come in a few hours earlier.
