I love my prenatal staff doctors and nurses are very careful and respectful even the people on the front desk and very helpful they very professional and the place is very clean
Every time I go there, I have to pray that the staff will be in a good mood with me. They are very arrogant and don't like to translate if you don't speak English. One time, a staff member was badmouthing a Mexican woman to a coworker because the woman didn't know she had missed her appointment and didn't speak English.
Worst place ever. My husband is diabetic. He has a infection on his finger. I sent him there to be seen. He waited 2 in a half hours to be seen only for them to tell him they don't treat that there. So what is a free clinic actually for? Very disappointing 😞.
The phone service was very disappointing. The staff answered with a negative attitude. Customer service felt rude and unprofessional. They need to improve how they treat people.
