Good job city of Newburgh 👎, one of the most violent city’s in NY and you are laying off officers and firefighters.. Shame on the city council
It's not safe and there's way too much crime! I'm afraid for my life when going there it's something you see in a bad movie!
Going to Lay-off Firefighters again I see? You found money to hire more and put them through the academy then turn around and lay them off? You not only put the residents at more of a risk you put other firefighters at risk. Take into account the life you are impacting and the families of the workers you are going to lay off. Are you sure you exhausted every other avenue before coming to this? Let’s see the budget and why you can’t afford it. The Public and the city’s employees deserve answers.

RecommendedSo sad the Art work at empanada Nirvana puts a smile on my face every time I see it It brightens up the area and makes entering into Marlboro whimsical ! Newburgh could concern themselves with a lot more eyesores along the drive ! not to mention your poor rating as an area ..Lord knows you need some positive ! if you put this much effort into cleaning up the area /streets / buildings etc ..You would be in a better light !
stop raping home owners in taxes with no road improvements....increased sanitation fees .
horrible sidewalks and pot holes everywhere. They have meetings every 2nd Monday of every month if anyone in interested. I would like to go to ask when the road work will continue
