03/16/2017: Holy crap, City of Newburgh! This was a snow storm that you KNEW about. You've had plenty of time to get the plows out. It took me TWENTY minutes just to get out of the city center because of your incompetence in plowing/clearing the streets. Right about now, I'd be embarrassed to be a public works employee within the City of Newburgh. This is just one more reason to leave Newburgh for a different location to live.
