Love how well the street dept takes care of our streets and us residents.Last year a plow truck came by tossing his snow and the driver thought he had got so he turned around to check on me.We had a laugh and he continued his seemingly never ending job. Today a year later truck 89 slowly plowed our streets I’m guessing so not to fill in driveways, we waved at every pass he made. I am very thankful for my street crew!! Maybe next time I’ll throw at some hot cocoa!! Thank you all!!

I spent hours cleaning this sidewalk. It is in front of the American Legion. I have disabled Vets that want to get in. The door was snowed in by the city plow. I have men on canes trying to get in and this is what you leave? I need people to help me clear the sidewalk the city does not care about it's Vets. I took the pics....

On 10/9/17 there was a heron caught high in a tree. The Utilities Dept was quick to respond and help with the rescue. Great job men. Thank you for coming out after hours. Your the best.

Id like to know is the city of Mishawaka fining the railroad because of them breaking the law with excessive horn blowing at crossings. I dont believe they are since the mayor said we just have to put up with it, we didn't put up with it a law was created its been quiet for 30 yrs now the city won't uphold the law?? Think its time for new elected officials NO TRAIN HORN SIGNS are apparently just scrap metal now. Horns are for people, cars, animals, workers on the tracks and debri. NOT FOR blowing horns at every crossing whic... read more

I think the City of Mishawaka needs some new/experienced pavement stripers, who take pride in their work and actually make crosswalks etc look nice! I had my curb painted by the city a couple years ago and it looked terrible and now half my neighborhood got new crosswalks and stop bars painted and they look terrible! Sincerely An Experienced pavement striper
