My experiences with City of Hope were by far my best healthcare experiences of my life. Upon arrival, I was greeted by very sweet and welcoming Tiffany, who went above and beyond making me feel welcomed, informed of what to expect and appreciated. I’ve been escorting my elderly mother here for radiation treatment. Everyone we’ve dealt with have been kind, compassionate, patient and filled with joy. They treat my mom with such respect and kindness every single time she comes in.

They not cooperate at all they just racist,what is your Primery language maybe I will not understand you maybe we need to have interpreter she said that at the beginning , her name is Marga she seems that she doesn’t want to cooperate with new patient with accent , very disappointed

Was told to come here by my doctor for hematology, the doctor saw me and said my iron wasn’t “low enough to do anything” and I have to pay like 425 dollars AFTER insurance… for literally nothing! I’m a broke college student paying 25 a month for literally nothing

She has the worst team. Her MA is very rude, calls with attitude, and she told me how much she hates working with cancer patients. She always calls me with wrong information and uses the worst language. She is the one that didn't send my disability for the past 2 years. I haven't received any disability. I can't believe how the City of Hope can have these people work for cancer patients. I will push this forward and make a complaint.
