You're acknowledged as soon as you walk in, and the Staff are friendly. See Tina if you want your Nails done She's a little slow (she admitted this herself), but the end result is worth the wait. She also does do my eyebrow wax and pedicure, and she did a great job. I've been a regular there for about Seven months. From what I've observed during my visits, the pedicure spa area is sprayed and wiped down between customers. The facility seems well-kept. City Nails & Spa is a great place! I just got my Manicures & Pedicures done there and it was amazing, Tina and Sam are so nice. The service here is excellent. I am satisfied with the place I am definitely going back and staying with them as long as i live in Oakley. This place is highly recommended.

Great Nail place: I have been to tons of nail places in the East bay. City Nails & Spa is a great place and great value. They are usually on time, but making an appointment is best. It is a clean place and they do a great job. This place I highly recommend
I have been going to City nails & Spa for a few years. This place is the BEST, It is my absolute favorite place to go to get my nails done. The prices are about average of anywhere else I would go. This place is about 30 miles from my home, but totally worth the drive for me. I highly recommend going there.
