Do not go here. They rip people off. I went in to get a color change for my nails (mind you it was supposed to be only $5) and they charged me $36 and 2 hours later my nail are already messing up. I got a chrome color a I'm starting to see the black under nail polish show through. I don't recommend this place at all. They are horrible with timing, I had an appointment and they had me waiting 45 minutes after my appointment time and my sister was sitting there for an hour and 15 minutes waiting for them, she also had an appt.... read more

I recently went in with an appointment. I got there before they said they were opening (and before my appointment by 5 minutes) and they were already full. I ended up waiting almost 20 minutes. There was one woman sitting with her nails soaking in a bowl for about an hour...I was done with my pedicure and she was still sitting, waiting for the woman to come back (she was doing someone else's nails). Great Place and very relaxing, The service was wonderful and I came out with a positive attitude. They do such great nails, and you won't find any Nails salon in Oakley does the style like they do. I would recommend all stop by and try them out.

"I have been coming to this nail salon for 2 years now. Manager Tina is the only person I would trust to do my pedicure & Manicure. She's very nice takes her time and never rushes her work. She's also has very friendly staff who can do a great job as well . I would recommend City Nails & Spa to all

I would recommend City Nails & Spa to all, the owner remodeled and expanded and i must say it is quit comfortable for everyone men women and children.The employees are very nice professional and genuinely concerned for your satisfaction, always make me feel like coming back

The best pedicure experience EVER. They play relaxing music, there are no TVs blaring, the staff is quiet and soothing. They are extremely professional, and everything there is super clean. I won't be going anywhere else for a pedicure. THE BEST

I love this salon! I'm new to the area and every salon I stepped into I had a horrible experience. Then I found this salon, and their customer service is great. Tina she does my Nails, she does very good job . I absolutely love my Nails and will definitley be going back

The first thing that you notice when you walk into City Nail & Spa is that there are no noxious odors coming from harsh chemicals that most other nail salons use. That is because City Nail & Spa use the best and high technology nails products. I would recommend City Nails & Spa to all, the owner remodeled and expanded and i must say it is quit comfortable for everyone men women and children.The employees are very nice professional and genuinely concerned for your satisfaction, always make me feel like coming back.

Must Try – City Nails& Spa This salon offers variety of services, such as facial, waxing, Pedicure, manicure, etc. It's located in a quiet neighborhood. The shop is very clean and sanitize. I've been going to them for 2 years. The atmospher is great and the people are friendly. It's not like one of those place where they rush you in and out. If you haven't been there, I strongly recommend you to give them a try. Don't take my word for it, try it yourself.
