Made an appointment for 12pm they made me wait until 1 PM to actually sit and start getting my nails done. Even though a lady had showed up for a 1230 appointment and was sat immediately. I made an appointment at noon because I wanted to get my nails done at noon not one having to wait an hour when you have an appointment is ridiculous And my nails ended up ugly as hell
I got a new set of Gel X nails, and four had either fallen off or broken within the week, I would not go back here for Gel X.
City nails is freindly and great service
I don't usually leave reviews, but this time was a bit disappointing. I have been coming to this salon for several years to get pedicures; unfortunately, this time I was expecting a relaxing experience and better work, but that wasn't the case. The service I received was much faster than usual—I feel this was because my appointment was scheduled for 6:30, and by the end, I got the sense that the person assisting me was in a rush to leave.
