I’m writing this in complete astonishment. I have never in my life been spoken to so rudely. And before anyone calls me a “Karen,” let me explain exactly what happened today, and you can decide for yourself whether I deserved to be treated this way. I booked my appointment for today, 3/18/26, at 3:45 pm. I visited City Nail Bar on East St for the first time yesterday and had an awesome experience! The shop is very clean and welcoming, open and inviting. I received a soak off and pedicure from tech Samara, she did a great job and we had a good conversation during my service. Will definitely be back to this location. Great staff and service!
I was using a gift and choose Hunter as my professional. I allow the artist to choose and I am very satisfied with the service that was provided. 10/10 definitely recommend them and will be returning.
Since I’m old, I still like the one ring finger nail! I cannot say enough great things about City Nail Bar. My sister and I had such a great time gettting a mani and Luxe Pedi. The nail techs were super friendly. They do have th option to book a “no talk” appointment, where you just sit and relax. Loved the atmosphere and everyone that worked there was super friendly! Definitely recommend!
I LOVE this salon. MyKenzie did a great job on the Manicure and Pedicure that I got. Everyone there is friendly, the shop is inviting and super clean, no harsh chemical smells. It was an enjoyable, relaxing experience. ❤️❤️
