Great location, and apartments. Rented here the same day I saw my apt because the manager Genesis took extra time and stayed late to show me more units. She showed me around the property and helped me through the rental process. Made me feel welcome and comfortable.
Honestly, I enjoy living here. Everyday the buildings team goes out their way to ensure residents are happy. Genesis especially, she is so kind — I have never had to wait more than an hour to get a response on any fixes because she is so on point. She runs a tight ship and makes living here so pleasant and nice!! Love all the events they plan here too! BBQs, Breakfast to go— even gifting free plants for our apartments.. so cute 🤍
I had an appointment to tour an apartment with Cynthia Felder (leasing consultant). She was completely unaware of the appointment and took her alot of time just to let us into the building. She was extremely rude or maybe just not interested in letting us rent one of the apartments. Kept finding reasons to why I couldnt tour any apartment. She didnt even show me any amenities. I wouldnt want to ever visit city line because of the way Cynthia Felder does business.
Cityline Leasing Office cancelled my lease last week after already collecting $5,500 from me, along with my visa and identification documents. The reason given was that I was unable to correct the renters insurance issue by the deadline they set — despite the fact that the deadline was still 1.5 months before my scheduled move-in date.
