I am extremely disappointed with this leasing office, especially Jennifer and the manager Kassie. The communication has been incredibly frustrating, disorganized, and repetitive. Update #4: Owners only care about money, not the residents who live there. We have requested a rent credit (and followed up multiple times) and the request has been completely ignored by the owners. Very clear that they don’t care. They didn’t care enough to fix the AC for an full 7 weeks during extreme heat waves (until we left bad reviews and filed a complaint with the department of public health) so it’s very on par that they’re ignoring us now! After moving into a new unit about a month ago, my wife and I quickly realized the central A/C didn't work. At first we didn't think much of it since we've lived in the building for four years and most repairs happen relatively quickly. Unfortunately, as of writing this review, the status of the repair has not changed (in 6 weeks) and doesn't seem like it's changing any time soon. Really sad to have to leave another review, but we unfortunately feel like it’s all we can do. Lived here for almost 5 years and just transferred to our 3rd unit in the building. Moved about a month ago, and our air conditioning has been completely broken the entire time. It has been over a month and there are no updates or any moves to get it fixed.
