Really sad to have to leave another review, but we unfortunately feel like it’s all we can do. Lived here for almost 5 years and just transferred to our 3rd unit in the building. Moved about a month ago, and our air conditioning has been completely broken the entire time. It has been over a month and there are no updates or any moves to get it fixed. I have lived in a 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom at City Lights on Fig for 3 years now. I truly appreciate the management team. They answer any and all issues quickly, with professionalism. Security, and Environmental and maintenance staff, are always available, courteous and professional. Pool, hot tub and all the amenities are all beautifully kept, and more important functional.
My wife and I have really enjoyed living at City Lights on Fig since 2022. The staff has always been friendly, helpful, and responsive whenever we've needed assistance. The location is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants, entertainment, and conveniences within walking distance, and the neighborhood is very dog-friendly. We'd gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a home in DTLA.
Over the last 5 years we have lived in 3 different units at city lights (studio, 1b, & 2b) and we have loved all 3! When we started looking for apartments we wanted to find somewhere safe, affordable, and somewhere that didn’t just feel like large corporate high rise. living here over the last 8 months has been great. all of the managers, security, and maintenance staff are helpful, friendly, and easily accessible. whenever we’ve needed something fixed or improved, the managers have been responsive and done what was needed pretty quickly. overall, the amenities, location, and people are all awesome.
