Would not recommend at all. My Girlfriend lived here. She had to shower outside at the pool while the piping in her apartment was being fixed (apparently it was not built correctly). Shea refused to give any compensation for the displacement and humiliation. They also refused to give any of her security deposit back, instead charging her for cleaning. After disputing the cleaning charges and trying to get her security deposit back, Shea simply sent the bill to collections essentially forcing her to pay up. Scam!
