RecommendedSo far great! Daughter lived here years ago and I visited frequently, at length. Really enjoyed. I’ve been here for about six months now and really appreciate how well kept the place is and how responsive they are. My home was just totally remodeled and I couldn’t be happier. Staff are very nice and concerned. I used to work at an eight hundred unit luxury complex near Stanford for about ten years. There’s always something going on. The staff is incompetent and powerless. Do not move here unless you enjoy not being able to sleep at night and like being harassed by neighbors.
RecommendedThis is one of the best apartments in Lincoln avenue road. The leasing office staff and the maintenance team are very responsive and friendly. I moved out of this apartment on late 2017 with zero payment after the move. The management staff are very honest unlike the nearby apartments like Waterford apartment, Retreat apartment..

I stayed there for more than a year. I rented out an apartment that was filthy and had cockroaches roaming around. The management of Crystal Springs/Shea Apartments are not transparent and I do not recommend it to anybody, DO NOT BE TEMPTED by the OUTWARDS APPEARANCE. My experience living there with my family was not good at all and we have endured a lot of stress and damage due to the lack of management and clarity. RecommendedAmazing staff, sick amenities, bomb location!
Unfriendly staff, dirty common areas, homeless people using hot tub/pool. I have found bars of soap by the hot tub and seen a homeless person using the hot tub for a bath. Lots of crime including cars being broken into, and stolen packages. Train that wakes you up at all hours of the night. Crapy gym. I will not be renewing my lease with Sycamore Bay and would caution against living here.
