gave me a timeframe with which work would be completed (a week). after not calling or completing work, would not return calls. after longer than a month, with continuing promises when i called them, i told them to forget it. talked to the owner, who admitted it was wrong & never received an apology or offer to make anything right. buyer beware.
After having bad experiences with other companies, we were thrilled after finding City Heat & Air! They've always come out in a timely manner, and are very professional & courteous. Our old unit finally died recently, and we purchased a new unit from and had it installed by City & we are very happy and satisfied with the entire experience. Can't recommend Mike and his staff high enough!
