Worst service ever. After arriving around 615 we were waiting on the rest of our table to arrive. Took over 30 minutes to get drinks and bread. Wanted appetizer but waiter never asked. Finally after the rest of table arrived at 7 ordered a glass of wine took 30 minutes for that. A table of people sat next to us (Same amount in that party and same waiter) Ordered before us, served before us, and left before us. Order sushi and ask 3 times for some soy sauce. Terrible service. Had to ask the waitress for bread repeatedly. Waited 20 minutes for our food and she had a terrible attitude. Waited 15 minutes for a cookie. We had to ask for our tickets after waiting for 30 minutes without any interactions from her and it took 10 more minutes to get them and longer to processes the payment. Very dissapointed since the food was good.
I went to visit my son at UNA from out of town and wanted to take him and his girlfriend out to eat. We decided on City Hardware, because it was within walking distance. After being seated and getting our drinks and bread we were informed that there was a big party coming in and they needed our table. This restaurant is dying a slow, steady, certain death. Inconsistent, over-priced food, so-so service. Doesn't feel like anyone cares. I gave them chance after chance, but I am done.

Went to have a great dinner with my family. Was far from a great dinner experience. Salads came at the same time as the food and that was the best part of the meal. When some random food runner brought the food...she had no idea on who had what nor how it was cooked. Mine was sent back. Every one was almost done eating by the time I got my steak.
