Not worth living there they don’t have respect real vets and has bed bugs and drugs and the manager doesn’t fix anything and has drugs there and has low life’s who life of SSI and are bums
Not bad actually, but kinds small apartments 5th floor smells like cigarette smoke. But place is clean though
Neat historic building. Good people. Check out the old pictures shown on Wikipedia web site under "Penn Alto Building". Also other designs under the Architect "H.L. Stevens & Company".
