Hanna is a phenomenal leasing agent. Since day one when we toured the property to now when we live here, she is quick and always respectful with her replies and handling any issues that may arise. We moved in the middle of June and it’s been a nice change of pace having office staff that truly cares about the tenants.
Hanna is an earth angel. We've lived at City Green since January and have had a phenomenal experience. Any issue has been promptly addressed and the rest of the staff is a joy to work with. When I die, bury me at the pool house. Or the gym! Or the well maintained grounds! What a dream.
They are relentless.... I was checking these apartments out back in March and decided to move in elsewhere. I keep getting constant emails weekly despite opting out multiple times. I emailed them directly to remove my email from their list. Still nothing. I called and left a VM and asked again. I'm basically being harrassed and I have tried sending them to spam but somehow their emails always pop through to my inbox lol
Just moved in here recently from out of state and Hanna went above and beyond to help me find the unit I was looking for and ensure I had all the information I needed. Very responsive and welcoming staff, awesome property too!
