Great and unique combination of proximity to downtown, views, and quiet/seclusion. Maintenance is great, fast and complete fixes. The amenities are great too, the dog park/gym/pool/hot tub are very usable and not, like other places, the bare minimum to tick a box on a listing. They put money back into the amenities too vs running them into the ground.

I’ve lived here for 2+ years and it’s been great! The place is gated and secluded. It’s safe and the staff takes great care of maintaining the property and any issues that arise in your apartment home. It really feels like home vs an apartment complex partly due to the architecture and mostly the staff.
City Green at Northshore was home to my husband and me for two wonderful years, and it truly felt like home from day one. We met some of our closest friends here and made memories we’ll never forget. I can’t recommend this place enough — you won’t be disappointed! The entire staff goes above and beyond to make sure residents are cared for around the clock.
The staff, especially the maintenance team, is incredibly helpful. Dree was kind enough to help me (quite literally) fish my car keys out of the storm drain/sewer line. An unfortunate accident turned into a fun memory, exemplifying City Green’s high standard of care and the personable nature of the staff!!!
