The staff, especially the maintenance team, is incredibly helpful. Dree was kind enough to help me (quite literally) fish my car keys out of the storm drain/sewer line. An unfortunate accident turned into a fun memory, exemplifying City Green’s high standard of care and the personable nature of the staff!!!
I have had a fantastic experience with Dree from the Citygreen at Northshore maintenance team while living here! Dree has been helpful with a variety of small repair tasks and is a pleasure to have around in our community. He is consistently punctual, friendly, courteous, and respectful. Dree is knowledgeable, skilled, and meticulous in his approach to his work. It is a pleasure to have maintenance issues addressed by Dree because of his efficiency and professionalism.
This is one of the best places to live in Chattanooga. The staff is amazing, and you can't beat the views! Dree and Jess are amazing for maintance requests! They'll do their best to get you taken care of! Kay and Hanna are the best!
Kay helped us fine the perfect apartment within budget. The landscaping and amenities are well kept and the staff are friendly and helpful. If your looking for an apartment close to downtown with out the city feel this is the perfect place.
