i've had nothing but good experiences with them in the past buying face to face and would previously have rated them 10/10 but ever since prices started to go up their online catalogue has been conspicuously absent for no reason used to be you could see what they had with pictures and prices and descriptions and if it was in stock or not but now you can't their prices are still available online on some big boring sheet but service has suddenly become much worse with no explanation nor acknowledgement i don't understand it an... read more
Phone number goes to a voicemail message telling you they're only selling gold in-store. Go to the store, A4 paper blu-tacked to the glass saying, "NO GOLD" available. Appears this dealer does not have sufficient industry clout to have continuous stock holdings leaving waiting customers exasperated and down the cost of CBD parking fees. Ignore the website and try elsewhere.
Great experience as a first time silver buyer. Very polite even when I had to run down to an ATM to get some cash and come back, silver also ended up being $10 cheaper per ounce than another location that I went to which was a nice surprise. Bought two silver 1oz Kangaroo coins Ended up going back to buy another ounce of silver and they recommended me a different coin for the same price as the Kangaroo coin. Ended up looking at online prices and needles to say I got a good deal.
